HUMANeX and its President and Chief Executive Officer, Brad Black, acquired Ventures for Excellence in late 2007, when a shared passion and mission for building talent-driven communities brought the two organizations together as HUMANeX Ventures®. HUMANeX Ventures® is now revitalizing the Ventures for Excellence brand and launching a new “look” to their clients and associates.

The updated website design reflects and communicates the high level of excellence they have achieved throughout their 30+ year impactful history. It displays the fusion of the two high-caliber organizations and their shared mission of “Professionals educating, equipping, serving and supporting Professionals to build significant and sustained impact and legacies.”
A new and very prominent design strategy incorporated into the company’s brand and the design of the new website is the blue, green and gold circular figure at the top of the homepage. This design, referred to as the ‘Journey Circle,’ represents the ‘Integrated Quality Impact Journey.’ It symbolizes an integrated model designed to depict excellence as an continuous journey, rather than a destination. The Journey Circle serves as a tool to carry out Jim Collins’ message from his highly regarded research in Good to Great, “A great organization is one that delivers superior performance and makes a distinct impact over time.”
