Ventures for Excellence is committed to being on the cutting edge of helping school district personnel strive towards excellence though continuously designing services and conducting training workshops. These services and workshops are geared toward assisting teachers and school leaders in their development as professionals.
The purpose of the Ventures for Excellence workshops is for participants to acquire basic understandings about the study of excellence in the attitudes, skills and behaviors of individuals striving for excellence. During the workshop, participants acquire an in-depth understanding of the basic qualities of excellent individuals. Once certified, participants are able to use basic interviewing questions during the selection or development process.
Ventures for Excellence offers a variety of services and selection and development workshops. To acquire training, school districts, Ventures for Excellence or a professional association have the opportunity to sponsor a workshop.
